Any number of words is not enough to describe the beauty of the stone carvings in Halebeedu. Even the photo-gallery in this post will not do any justification. All I would suggest is that you visit Halebeedu if you have not been there yet. It is the wonderful place to explore and for souvenir shopping.
When we were here, the place was crowded with holiday travellers and the schoolchildren. It was a brisk business for the guides well versed with the Halebeedu history. I saw an artist painting the sculptures into the white paper and the tourists had gathered around him.

I captured all the photos with Sony A5100 camera and reduced the photo size using Photoshop. Hope these images from Halebeedu have come out well. My next destination was Beluru, half an hour drive from Halebeedu. This post is a part of my Bangalore to Agumbe trip.
